2.5 cup a mix of rice/oat/ chickpea/buckwheat/wholewheat flour
½ liter plant milk
2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 cup zucchini, peeled and grated and drained
Butter/coconut oil/ olive oil for frying
Whisk the flour into the milk
Add the eggs one at a time, then salt, carrots, turmeric and cumin
Fry in the butter, coconut oil or olive oil. Don’t fry for too long or
