You will set up your laptop, or connect it to the tv, and I will sit in front of my screen to guide you from there. We both have our screens and microphones on.
Once we have decided on a time and duration, I will ask you some questions to gain insight to where you are, your physical and emotional condition but also why you would like to practice and if you have some goals, to prepare for our sessions. I am happy to meet in person if that is an option, or on Zoom for this conversation.
Depending on how you feel, you might want and need classes that are sometimes gentler and sometimes more physically demanding. The practice will be adapted to what you need.
Most often we have an opening and closing frame of breath work / meditations, and you will end in a pampering pose mentally and physically, to ground and relax the central nervous system.
All you need is a laptop, internet connection, Zoom, a mat, a belt and two yoga blocks. I can provide it if you do not have it. You can wear any comfortable clothes that allows you to move.
