Once we have decided on a time, duration and place, I will ask you some questions to gain insight to where you are, your physical and emotional condition but also why you would like to practice and if you have some goals, to best prepare for our sessions. I am happy to meet in person for this conversation.
Depending on the situation, you might want and need classes that are sometimes gentle or more physically demanding. Most often
we do have an opening and closing frame consisting of breath work, potentially small simple meditations, and you will end in a pampering pose mentally and physically, to ground and relax the central nervous system.
All you need is a mat, a belt and two yoga blocks. I can provide it if you do not have it. You can wear any comfortable clothes that allows you to move.
