On the day:
Creating the ritual of early morning routines can be a very powerful way to set the tone for the day. Feel your body, your breath and enjoy not only what you can do, but also what you can learn to do through the movements of your body and breath, as you stay present to the moment.
Choose to start the day with nurture and wellness.
Burn and Learn from August 22 to December 7, 2022, where we work on the Asthanga series and focus on
1. Hips and hamstrings
2. Twists and wrists
3. Challenge the balance.
I will challenge and support you to explore the poses in a way that works for you.We include breath work/ pranayama and small meditations. Join online live and/or follow the recordings.
I will offer you the first three sessions for free and then you can decide if you would like to continue.
