HOW IT WORKS

To allow you to solely focus on the yoga you can do a few things to prepare yourself:

Download Zoom - if you would like more specific details see the bottom of the letter.
Find a good place to practice in your home. Ideally somewhere private, but that might not be possible these days, and it is just fine if kids and dogs need a hug while you practice.
Decide where to have your screen, so we can see each other well. You might only need to listen to me, but I’d like to be able to see you, so I know that my words are making sense to you. Lift the screen a bit up from the floor, and tilt the camera slightly down. A couple of meters away is great, so I can see you from the side standing and lying down.
Find some kind of strap, it could just be a belt or a scarf. If you have blocks or two thick books that might help you as well, but it is not a must.

On the day:

Sign in to Zoom 10-15 minutes early that will give us time to make final adjustments and say hello.We will start on time. You will be put in a waiting room and I will let you in. Turn on the camera. Once we have started the class you will be muted, so background noice will not disturb others. Fell free to unmute yourself anytime you have a question.
