Practicing yoga together with others can be hugely inspiring, whether the class is small or large. We travel a journey through inhales, and exhales, through balancing poses enduring triangles, soft twists, and meditation. Understanding that there are many
expressions of poses sets us free to move the focus from the external to the internal. Showing up on your mat ritually, with your yoga buddies and me, will let the transformation happen.
Being around others helps us to commit to ourselves, as we commit to the practice and to others in the room. That is a gift to yourself and thereby to others as well.

Private Group Sessions can be arranged either in your home, workspace, outside or in rented facilities.
Choose between 60 or 90 minutes of yoga sessions Public sessions are held at Yoga På Første, Jyllinge, Denmark.
For complete freedom and support even while you travel for business or pleasure, or if we live far from each other. Zoom classes can be your regular class or mixed with in-person classes if that is an option.
